Minimum Order:
We apologize, there is a 100.00 minimum order required. $100 must be met before any additional costs including shipping, handling, and any taxes (if you're out of California). Thank you for understanding. On some instances we will work with you on smaller orders. Never hurts to ask!

Returns/Exchanges for NON damaged or NON defective items:
NO RESTOCKING FEE if you are exchanging for items of equal or greater value. There will be a 10% administration fee charged for the exchange. We do not accept exchanges for any items that are posted in this Terms of Sale and on our website as Non-Returnable. If your exchange is less than the original order or if you do not want any items at all, then you will be charged only a 20% restocking fee (unless noted with a different restocking fee*) based on the orders entire amount if the order qualifies for a return and meets our return requirements posted herein. All returns must have an approval number, otherwise we will refuse delivery. Customer must request the proper return form to receive an approval number and instructions and is responsible for shipping cost and or damages that may be incurred in shipping the return items back to us.
We will not take back items under the following conditions:
a)Used (unless defective and or under warranty see warranty section below for details) b) not in the original packaging and box must be in original condition. c)orders over 30 days (unless defective and or still under warranty see warranty section below for details). e)Phyiscally damaged (see missing or damaged section below for details).
We do not refund any shipping cost we may have incurred and or charged you, this also applies whether you are exchanging or returning. Any items returned that was a free ship item will have our shipping cost deducted from your refund along with the restocking fee, this also applies whether you are exchanging or returning.
Items that are 100% non returnable, unless they are defective and or under warranty (see Warranties/Guarantees section below for details), are any items in our outdoor and landscape line, HID Lights & Commercial Lighting, ANY and ALL items that come with or have a ballast or transformer built into it, and Exhaust fans. Bulbs, Transformers, Wire, Cable, Tape, Spray, ALL Rope Light, Monorail Kits & Dual Track Kits, any and all Track Lighting Heads, Wiring Devices including Switches, Plugs, GFI's, Dimmers, Wall Plates, etc. are also all 100% non returnable because we can not determine whether they have been used and or were even purchased from us. This insures that ALL customers always receive these items NEW when buying from us. So please make sure to order the correct bulbs, transformers, wire, cable, tape, spray, and wiring devices. We are not responsible for new items purchased from us that do not match previously ordered or existing items that you may already have. This includes and is not limited to size(s), color(s), texture, finish, glass, plastic, lens, body, material, socket, make, manufacturer, etc. These items are also 100% non returnable. Some items as specified on their respective pages on our website are 100% non returnable. Please make note of these terms before placing your order.
Any and all items in our catalog and on our website that begin with the product code letters XP (example XPH061) can be returned if the finish and/or lens is not what you expected in actual condition with the following provisions: a) you will have to ship back at your own risk and expense after obtaining a return good number; b) you will have to pay to have it refinished to another color (this charge will vary between $25.00 - $75.00 per fixture for finishes and $50.00 - $80.00 per fixture for the lens); c) you will have to pay for the shipping and handling and insurance back to your location. Also, please note that these items beginning with the letters XP cannot be returned for credit or exchanged for other units. Any and All items that are approved for return for any reason must have an RGA number, otherwise we will refuse delivery. In order to receive this number, you must first fill out our online claim form. Please note that any items that are listed as On Sale or Below Cost Sale and are 100% non-returnable. These below cost items will also NOT be warranted for damages or defects for the obvious reason that it is being sold at below cost. When purchasing these below cost items, you are purchasing at your own risk. So, if the items arrive damaged, please note they are NOT warranted and are 100% non-returnable.

*Some items will have a higher restocking fee noted on that item's page. Although we note above that all outdoor items are 100% non-returnable, should we ever waive this policy on the outdoor items, the restocking fee will NOT be less than 35%, and again, we do NOT reimburse for any shipping charges.

Returns/Exchanges for damaged or defective items:
Defective or damaged returns (if under warranty) must have an approval number (RGA Number), otherwise we will refuse delivery. Please read our Warranties/Guarantees section below for details.

Missing or Damages:
Missing or damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours after receipt of material(s), no exceptions. All claims must be filed via our Online Claim Form. (Click here for our Online Claim Form) We DO NOT accept any claims made over the phone. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf, we will send you out free replacements if the carrier is responsible for the damage. We of course are not responsible if you damaged the items. Please read our Warranties/Guarantees section for more information on damages. For any recessed housings that are received damaged, customers must ship them back at their own expense before we can supply a replacement. Customers must also pay for return shipment of the replacements. This is because of the very low profit margin on these items. Damages on recessed housings rarely occur, but when it does, most of the time it can be hammered out. Though, if they are beyond repair, the above applies. Any items being sold with batteries included, although the batteries are included, we cannot guarantee the life of the batteries as we cannot determine how long the batteries have been sitting. The price for the item is simply for the items itself, not the batteries. The batteries are simply included complimentary.

Important Note 2: Due to the low profit margin on this item, we do not accept returns for ANY reason. Damaged or defective items must be returned at the customers expense and re-shipped at the customers expense. Please refer to our terms of sale for complete details.

Sales:
All sales final after 30 days. No returns accepted on NON defective items after thirty calendar days from date of purchase.

Cancellations:
Any orders that are cancelled, not accepted, undeliverable by our carrier or refused after shipment are subject to a 30% restocking fee, shipping fees we incurred and any shipping damages should they occur and all other terms apply. Orders cancelled before we ship will be refunded minus a 8% administration fee, that is if they are cancelled within 24 business hours after they are placed. Orders cancelled after 24 hours that have not shipped will be charged a 15% administration and handling fee because they have either went into production or have been processed and materials order for. Cancellations must be phoned in and you must speak to our customer service department at 800-865-7221. The cancellation or change can NOT e-mailed. Any and all items in our catalog and on our website that begin with the product code letters XP (example XPH061) can only be cancelled or changed in any manner within 48 hours after you place your order with us. After 48 hours, if the item has not shipped, you will be responsible for a 40% restocking fee. If the item has shipped, our terms of sale posted above apply (ie. they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable). We are NOT responsible for any orders or packages NOT signed for or left at your door.

Delivery & Travel Times Posted:
The travel map provided is to show approximate TRAVEL times which only apply AFTER your order LEAVES our warehouse. This is NOT when you will actually receive your order. Any Rush Orders must be placed on the telephone as our shopping cart does not accommodate this special request. IMPORTANT NOTE: We try our best to ship orders as soon as possible. Items noted as In Stock or Parts In Stock - Made Per Order or with any other type of posted delivery time does not mean the item will ship the same day you place it. We still need to process your order. Process meaning we need to download your order, re-enter it in our system, charge it, produce the product if applicable, run it through the quality control department and finally have it placed in our shipping department for its turn to be packed and shipped. Please keep in mind that we are closed Fridays and Weekends so this ENTIRE Processing Procedure for orders placed Wednesdays or after will not begin until at least the following Monday or Tuesday. Again, this applies to ALL our items whether they have a notation of In Stock or with any posted delivery time. If you need your order processed sooner and or to ship with special travel time (ie. Overnight, 2-Day Delivery) then we highly suggest that you place it over the telephone at 800-865-7221. SPECIAL NOTE: If you have an "in stock" item and also a "made per order" item on the same order, the order may take longer to process based upon the time needed to make your "made per order" item. Therefore your "in stock" item will be shipped at the same time as your "made per order" item. SPECIAL NOTE 2: If you have an "in stock" item but you choose the Injecta-Seal Feature, the order may take a little longer to process based upon the fact that Injecta-Seal requires at least one day to apply and dry. It's worth the wait! Please Note: Most Outdoor Fixtures with a notation of Parts In Stock - Made Per Order can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks to ship. Ship meaning AFTER your order LEAVES our warehouse. This is NOT when you will actually receive your order, please allow for travel time. Any Rush Orders must be placed on the telephone as our shopping cart does not accommodate this special request. We are NOT responsible for any orders or packages NOT signed for or left at your door.

If an order is to ship any method other than UPS Ground (ie. Overnight, 2nd Day, 3rd Day), any backordered items on the order will ship UPS Ground.


Prices and Specifications:
All prices and specifications subject to change without notice. We cannot be held responsible and do not have to honor any error, discrepancy or type error, mispelling, or omission located anywhere on our website. We are not responsible for any items that may not be approved by any local or state laws. This applies to any location in the world. Shipping dates or in stock postings, will always depend on the current stock status the time of day which the order is placed and our work load. All orders ship regular ground service unless you request a faster delivery and you have paid for this faster delivery.Out of stock orders will ship as soon as possible, this may take up to 4 weeks. Customer will be charged the same day order is placed for in stock and out of stock items. We reserve the right to ask for wire transfer or money order on certain size orders. Not responsible for maximum or "Max" wattage posted. Hour life ratings posted on our web site and or catalogs are only an AVERAGE that was provided by the manufacturer and we do NOT warranty bulbs and we do NOT warranty/endorse life ratings

Warranties/Guarantees:
All brass and copper materials are guaranteed to be resistant against material corrosion and rust for the for the life of the unit. Finish, color, powder coating, on any fixture, whether made out of Brass, Aluminum or any type of material are only covered for one year. However, premature (meaning before the one year period) discoloration, oxidizing, chipping, scratches, peeling, pitting, cracking, bubbling of finish on any of our fixtures claimed before the one year period or after will not be covered if it is determined that the fixture was exposed to harsh conditions, scratched or damaged physically, abuse, or incorrect installation, no up-keep, extreme heat/sunlight, hard/harsh water, damaged caused by wind, rain or snow. Premature (meaning before the one year period) discoloration, oxidizing, chipping, scratches, peeling, pitting, cracking, bubbling of finish on any of our fixtures that was not caused by exposer to harsh conditions, scratched or damaged physically, abuse, or incorrect installation, no up-keep, extreme heat/sunlight, hard/harsh water, damaged caused by wind, rain or snow will be refinshed by us at no charge to customer. However customer must pay for all shipping expenses which means shipping these items back to us for refinishing and customer must pay the cost of shipping the refinished unit back to the customer's location. Aluminum or any non-brass or non-copper or non-composite material will only be covered against rust and not corrosion or any other damage for one year from date of purchase as aluminum will eventually corrode. Plastic, Glass or Acrylic components,Lamps, Sockets, Wires, Wiring, and any non brass or non copper components are also not covered under the lifetime guaranteeNot responsible for any labor fees. Not responsible for any use or misuse of any item not installed by a licensed electrical contractor. All guarantees are non transferable, except for our VIP (Value Increase of Property) Certificate. Items we buy from other manufacturers will be warranteed by us for only 1 year and the factory will honor the balance of the warranty period. We do not warranty bulbs due their volatility, meaning if they are damaged or defective. We also do not guarantee the life span of bulbs no matter what is listed on our website or any printed materials. However, we will replace a bulb if it prematurely goes out within 30 days only if the customer agrees to pay shipping costs for the replacement bulb. Rope Light: If a section burns out in your rope light, and your rope light is within warranty, we will replace the section only, NOT the entire spool.
Defective returns (if under warranty) must have an approval number, otherwise we will refuse delivery. Customer must request the proper return form to receive an approval number and instructions. Once received by us they will be inspected to determine if they were damaged by the customer or originally defective. If we determine that they were originally defective, we will reimburse the customer their shipping expense (customer will have to provide us with an original shipping receipt) and we will return the replacement items (we do not refund defective items, we will ONLY replace or repair them) at our cost. We are not responsible for any labor charges that may be incurred for any reason. For any wiring defects, we are not responsible to replace the entire fixture, but instead ONLY the socket. For any damages or defects we are only resposible to replace the damaged or defective part only and not the entire unit if the part only is all that is defective or damaged. Sockets are covered for 1 year. We will cover the cost of shipping for the first 30 days. However, after 30 days, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. We will honor our warranties on any defective item(s). We warranty ballasts, transformers, emergency & exit lighting for only 1 year after invoice date unless there is another warranty posted on that particular item. Please Note this policy on our transformers ,ballasts, Monorail Kits & Dual Track Kits, any and all Track Lighting Heads, as well as all our Wiring Devices which include our Switches, Plugs, GFI's, Dimmers, Wall Plates, etc. and our part numbers PA4TFL, PABTF, PSPL13 & PSPL26: We will replace these items at no charge if it is still under warranty, but customer must pay for all shipping expenses which means shipping these items back to us should these items need replacement or repair within the Posted Warranty Period for that particular item and customer must pay the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced unit back to the customer's location. We apologize that we cannot cover shipping expenses on these items due to the extremely low profit margin on these items and the fact that we don't cushion the price on these items like other companies do to cover these unforseeable shipping costs. Remember this is only for transformers, ballasts, Monorail Kits & Dual Track Kits, any and all Track Lighting Heads, as well as all our Wiring Devices which include our Switches, Plugs, GFI's, Dimmers, Wall Plates, etc. and our part numbers PA4TFL, PABTF, PSPL13 & PSPL26. If your product is defective or damaged and is still under warranty, click here for our Online Claim Form. Any and All claims will ONLY be accepted via this claim form and will NOT be accepted via email, phone or fax. Any and All items that are approved for return for any reason must have an RGA number, otherwise we will refuse delivery. In order to receive this number, you must first fill out our online claim form. We are NOT responsible for any orders or packages NOT signed for or left at your door. Our coverage may or may not full or in part cover any items that we purchase from another manufacturer, such Quoizel, Transglobe, Focus, 3M etc. These companies have their own warranties and terms of sale which can be viewied on their web site or you may ask your sales rep.

Terms of Sale for items beginning with the part numbers DPWM:
Delivery Time: This item can take between 1 - 2 weeks to ship directly from the manufacturer to you. Ship meaning when it will actually leave the manufacturer's warehouse. Therefore, the same day you place the order, we will immediately charge your credit card and we will submit the order to the manufacturer on your behalf. Should you cancel before the order is shipped, you will be charged a 15% administration fee.
Returning with NO Damages and NO Defects (if WITHIN 45 days of receiving items):
If you wish to return the item for a refund, and it is NOT damaged or defective, you will have to ship back at your own risk and expense After first obtaining a return goods number from us. You will receive a full refund minus shipping and handling.
Returning with NO Damages and NO Defects (if AFTER 45 days of receiving items):
If you want to return the item past 45 days, and it is NOT damaged or defective, we CANNOT authorize a return under ANY circumstances. Absolutely No exceptions.
Returning based on Damages or Defects (if WITHIN 45 days of receiving items):
If the item is defective or is received damaged, you must fill out the claim form within 48 hours of delivery. No claims will be accepted verbally. You will be sent a prepaid shipping label to immediately ship the item back to the manufacturer and once the item is received by the manufacturer, a replacement will be shipped to you at no charge.
Returning based on Damages or Defects (if AFTER 45 days of receiving items):
If the return is older than 45 days (based on damages or defects) we CANNOT authorize a return under ANY circumstances. Absolutely No exceptions. As a reminder, any damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours after receiving via our online claim form. No claims will be accepted verbally.
All other terms of sale posted on this page with also apply to these items beginning with the part number DPWM.

Dispute Resolution:
In the event the account is turned over for collection, customer agrees to pay any and all collection costs incurred to collect the unpaid balance with the legally allowed interest and penalaties. Customer also agrees that the North Valley District Chatsworth Courthouse in Chatsworth, California shall be the appropriate venue for any instituted legal action. Customer waives right to jury trial and consents to the long arm jurisdiction of the court. Reasonable attorney's fees shall be awarded the prevailing party.
