Please Note: This fixture is made of brushed steel material. Brushed Steel will never rust however its appearance will naturally change in an outdoor environment. It will naturally pit, pewter, the extent of which will depend on the condition and environment (location) you place them, i.e. high rain or sprinkler exposure, sun, snow etc. Some like this natural change and some do not. If you like this natural change than simply install without any sealant. If you do not like this natural change than we suggest the following: You can help reduce this changing process by first applying a metal sealant, than a high quality wax. Finally spray on our Invisa Shield after you apply the wax. The wax and spray must be done on a regular basis and before you install them for the first time.
This stainless steel step light is designed for surface mount accent and marker lighting. This stainless steel deck light is excellent for deck lighting, stairway lighting, step lighting, patio lighting, lighting your gazebos, balconies, etc. This patio light can be used for indoor lighting and outdoor lighting. This step light will throw a general frontal light - not directional light.
